Processing time
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Delivery times above start when the order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows. We do not ship internationally.
Tracking
When your order ships we e-mail you the carrier and tracking number.
Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is not added at checkout; if sales tax applies to your order we will show it in the payment link before you pay.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the delivery window, e-mail [email protected] with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund.
