These terms apply to purchases from wisdomlyr.shop, operated by Wichidta Jerseys LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "Wisdomlyr"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. We try to keep descriptions, photos and stock accurate; if an error occurs we will contact you before charging and you may cancel.

Orders and payment

Placing an order on the site is a request to purchase; no payment is taken on the site. We confirm the order by e-mail within 24 hours and send a payment link. A contract is formed when you complete payment. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 days.

Payment is made on our payment provider's page after you click Pay. A contract is formed when payment is completed and confirmed.

Shipping, returns and refunds

See Shipping and Returns & Refunds, which are part of these terms. We ship only within the United States.

Safety devices

Leak sensors, shut-off valves and smoke/CO alarms reduce risk but cannot guarantee that damage, fire or poisoning will be prevented. Install, test and maintain devices according to the manufacturer's instructions and local codes. Devices that rely on Wi-Fi, a hub or batteries cannot alert you if those fail.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where provided. Except as required by law, we make no other warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
